Austin came out on very short notice (the same day I called!) and carefully diagnosed the issue and took time to ask helpful questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining each step and option along the way. He took a good bit of extra time to contact the manufacturer about a warranty which they ended up honoring (long story) but if he had not made this effort and explained things to them, the price would have been hundreds higher. In the end, the issue was completely taken care of and I appreciate the efforts to get the system up and running. I do recommend 3D Air Services and also Austin.

Called 3d air as my ac unit was not working after calling it to cool or heat from the thermostat. Jake W., the technician came and diagnosed the issue promptly and was determined not giving up why the unit was not working. Kudos to him for helping resolving the manner! I've been using 3d air since they had installed the unit in our home and have had it maintained over the years when we bought our home.

3D air is a great business! We always get a pre-appointment reminder and a day of reminder. Our technicians are always nice, friendly, and thorough in their work - answering questions as needed and going above and beyond for us. Jake was a Greta technician and he was awesome and completed the service in no time with excellent results. We recommend 3D Air to our friends!

I had a great experience with this HVAC company. From the moment I called, their customer service was prompt and professional. Jake, the technician who came out, was outstanding. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and was very respectful of my home. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed in no time. I reached out to 3D about an AC problem in my townhouse which really should not have happened in such new construction. Receptionist Lauren was very polite and helpful. Manager Jay went the extra mile to send out a team quickly and then made certain I was not personally charged but covered the cost through warranty terms. When I expressed my deep gratitude for his kindness, he simply said "That's what we do. We take care of people." 3 D Air Services is warm, friendly, yet professional service. Well done! Thank you, and I look forward to doing business with 3D in the future. Actually I'm already set up for a fall maintenance appointment. Highly recommend!

Joe did all the things you want a tech to do…call ahead..flexible on the timeline..vey professional and knowledgeable about my system. Also detailed ways to improve my system for efficiency and also reduce my power bill. I have been and will continue to use 3D services

Jake did an amazing job cleaning our 2 units in Pelham, AL. He explained everything he was doing to us and he took his time cleaning & servicing our units. Our units are 21 years old and this is due to having them serviced by 3D Air semi annually. I highly recommend 3D Air!
