Hess Air - A/C Service & Repair

Had a great experience, from visiting the office, the office staff was very helpful after our home unit had given out to having a technician within the hour checking our old unit& finishing the financing. The following day we had a whole crew come by& do the installation. We are extremely greatful because they provided portable units to us for the night until they came&finished the installation. David was awsome

Recently my Central Air conditioner stopped working. The compressor was running, the condenser fan was working and the evaporator fan was working. In addition the low side suction line was cold and sweating. In layman's terms, everything looked normal, inside temperature indicated otherwise. Time to get help! For some reason Hess Air popped into my head. I called the office and talked to a polite and knowledgeable young lady. She explained the diagnostic fee and their pricing system. She let me know my technician would be at my residence within a two hour window. My Technician George arrived just as she said he would. George introduced himself, explained the pricing and what he was going to do. He basically assured me he would diagnose the problem and give me a price and when it could be completed. George immediately assessed the unit, did a pressure check and within 15 seconds ( not exaggerating) said you have a restriction in the system. George said the restriction is either in the dryer filter or its in the TEV (Thermostatic Expansion Valve). George also explained in any case the filter dryer would have to be changed . George changed the filter dryer and checked pressures and was able to tell me 100 percent it was the TEV that was causing the restriction. George then was able to ensure that he could pick up the new TEV the following morning and was able to install it in under an hour. If you're looking for a company that is absolutely the best, based on my experience give these guys and girls a call. My technician ( Master Craftsman) George was simply the best . He knew exactly what he was doing. If I ever need service again I'll be asking for him by name.

No recomiendo esta compañía son exagerados y nada profesionales . Llame 3 veces para llegar a un acuerdo. pero me ignoraron por un compresor me cobraron $3,000 dolares y partes que cobraron y no pucieron ....ahora tendré que reportarlos al texas reguralisacion y licencias.

We received a bid for a new air conditioner from another company. We were recommended to Hess by a friend. We asked if we could email them the quote and get a price and was told we would have to pay a service call. We can’t afford to pay another company for a bid. We live in Leisure Valley.

Our first need for heat this fall and my thermostat went blank after running a couple hours. Controller was malfunctioning and needed replacing. Technician came after regular hours on a Saturday. Thankfully, he had the part on his truck and installed the new one. He explained what the problem was and system was back up and running within an hour. Technician was Mr. Garcia. Very polite and knowledgeable in his troubleshooting. I have used Hess Air previously and always been satisfied with their willingness to go above and beyond the call. Highly recommend. Pricing is more than reasonable. Hess Air is reliable and very professional.
