Custom Comfort Heating & A/C Inc

I have used Custom Comfort for my home (they replaced my furnace and a/c units and did a fabulous job!) and needed some help with our business' air conditioning issue. I called and set up an appt for them to come check out why we were not getting cold air. Derik called to let me know he was on his was, arrived at the time quoted and then figured things out quickly and fixed our issue. What a wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional young man! Thankful that they handled the issue quickly. I highly recommend working with Custom Comfort.

They installed the equipment on my new house and have serviced every year. They thought they have to change dampener and quoted $400+ but when the technician came he changed just the motor to turn the dampener. charged me 400+ for less than one hour of work for a part that cost $100. The change was to the I understand that they have other expenses but to me it is over charging. Poor customer service as they did not want to even listen to the change of work.

Great service. Was having no AC or fan on a new build they installed HVAC on. Hunter came out and knew what the issue was instantly and resolved it within 30 minutes! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even took the time to program my thermostat to my average temperature I hold it at!

Derek was out for a broken AC. VERY courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional! Kudos to him and the team. Found the issue immediately, replaced the part and within an hour, was on his way. Excellent service- I've been using CC for about 5 years now and they are fantastic!

There installers came out today to install mg central air unit. These two gentlemen were professional, respectful and able to take care of business. The installation was about 3 1/2 hours cleaned up and again. Thank you for being local and wonderful You have won ally heating and air conditioning needs.
