Had a refrigeration issue with our draft beer system this week. After calling our usual refrigeration company and getting the brush off, I contacted Hank's. They were very helpful and sent out a tech immediately who had our beer system up and working in less than an hour! ( includes having to run and grab parts) We have a new Refrigeration Company now!

Watched their employee in vehicle #5 flick his cigarette butt out the window while driving through Barberton. Our city isn’t your personal trash can do better.

Top notch service from people who care! They went out of their way to help me when my AC unit stopped working in the middle of the summer. Couldn't have been nicer and quick turn around!

Great experience with this Hanks Refrigeration. On the coldest day of the year our boiler went out — we called and they were out within the hour! Gentleman that came was extremely kind, professional and even had been the one that serviced our boiler previously. We will be calling them again when we need any further repair. Highly recommend!

On 10-11-22 I was travelling down Greenwich road and "tailed" by someone driving a service vehicle from this company. He rode my bumper and continually flashed his lights at me because apparently I wasn't going fast enough for him even though I was going the speed limit. I should mention I was hauling a load and I am not going to speed and risk my safety and everyone else's just so one of your service people can get where he's going a few minutes faster. If this is how the employees of Hank's Refrigeration behave, I would strongly suggest not doing business with them. Who wants someone with anger issues in their home or business?
