I had a great experience with Daniels. I wanted to have mini splits installed in my home and had several companies come out to give me an estimate. Daniels by far had the best price and warranty. The crew that did the installation were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. This was Willie, Tim and Daniel. I appreciate that they took the time to discuss options with me and took care accommodate my requests. They left everything outside and inside looking great.

Excellent Experience from Start to Finish I recently had my HVAC system replaced by Daniel’s Plumbing, Heating, and Air, and the experience exceeded my expectations. This company was not the best choice. When I called I was only looking to replace the fixtures in my bathroom. I had a total of $3000 to get the job done. The technician from Daniels named Chris told me we needed to replace the pipe before they could attach the fixtures. 'We will cut a small hole in the wall & replace the pipe. You can contact a contractor that works with us to fix the hole then we ill put the fixtures on. It will cost $1806 to replace the pipes.' Our bathroom was old & he seemed trustworthy so I agreed to the work. The tech also said they would waive the dispatch fee since I had agreed to go with this company at the time of their estimate visit. I paid half upfront with the technician before they did any work. The hole was cut in my wall & the pipe was replaced. I paid the remainder of the amount quoted. Then the nightmare began. To get the hole fixed, I called the person Daniel's referred me to. This person then tells me he would need to knock down my wall to fix it & it would cost $1000 just for the labor. That was not going to work because I only had $3000 for the project & Daniels had already taken more than half for just the pipe. & all of this work was not what I had originally wanted. I still have a hole in my bathroom wall with tub I can no longer use until the hole is fixed. This happened 2 months ago at the end of July. On Sept 4th I receive a bill for the dispatch fee that was supposed to be waived. AND it was billed past due. This is a horrible dishonest company. Do not use them! Call Jay the Handyman!

Daniels plumbing & A/C are awesome Robbie Westby the installation sales manager explained what was to be done and by when it would be done . I got the quote on a Tuesday I agreed to the terms and the work was completed on Thursday just like he said it would be . The installers where here on time they were professional they explained how the new system worked they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience all around. I would recommend this company highly.

Our gas fireplace is not working, and we were able to get our landlord to send someone from Daniel's to take a look at it. The first time a Daniel's technician came out, he said he couldn't fix it, and had to get approval from the property management company. Then, the second time that we got a technician to come out and take a look, the technician, Charles, said the same thing, and that he had only been sent to make a quote, and started to leave. When we tried to ask him questions and check what the property manager said to him, he very rudely said, "I don't work for you," and left without answering any more questions. Very rude and disappointing, and our fireplace still isn't fixed. When we buy a house of our own, we will not be contacting Daniel's for any services.

Straight up.. overpriced, contract unfulfilled after 3yrs.. their response is it was permitted and inspected by city, true however city just inspects to minimum standards and does not do a complete inspection on quality or test systems other than if it operates at time of inspection.. I personally have retired from mechanical contractor where I was the qualified party. I requested daniels qualified party to contact me and I just met resistance from office staff who informed me owners were out of country and couldn't be bothered.. I just wanted them to make the install right. However after 3yrs of operation the mini split systems are now failing and the contractor charges to come out to address the problems.. now extensive and entire 14,000$ system needs replaced due to government guidelines the refrigerant has been removed from markets and no direct replacement is available. Making the entire system worse for wear and worn out due to sand and debris pulled into unsealed indoor units... BTW the unsealed holes in home allowed carbon monoxide from carport to be pulled in doors at an alarming rate.. city inspection totally missed as well as the contractor.

So first I want to say that I have a lot of respect for this place because they do not solicit reviews. And there are other companies on here doing the same work that constantly ask their customers for five star reviews. I know because I have hired people like that before I found Daniel’s. Their technician came out to install a new thermopile in my gas fireplace. He was very neat and clean and respectful. He was quite efficient and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He did a good job and you could feel that additional heat the fireplace put out immediately.
