My warranty company sent Bright Breeze over to see why the vents in our converted garage were not blowing out air well. Someone came didn’t even look at the vents just said we needed a mini splits. We decided to go with the company we ordered two mini splits for the two rooms. They scheduled a date. That day, my husband tried to reschedule due to work conflict. They said no he cannot reschedule but then an hour later they called to cancel on us . They rescheduled a couple more times due to the unit not being in yet. Finally, they came and installed the inside portion and then told me they needed to send an electrician on another day. Then they have to schedule for another day to have someone come and install the outside portion. So three different people three different days after all those cancellations. And a lot missing work to be home for this. Finally, everything was up and working. I noticed the condensation was dripping constantly, and I was afraid it was going to ruin my home foundation after calling for weeks and not getting any responses. They scheduled someone to come take a look and then they never showed up I was told the person had an emergency, but I never got a call. Finally, they sent someone who said they were a plumber and was here to look at my water heater. ( no communication within the company) I told him no they were supposed to come and install drip pan units so the water wasn’t ruining my foundation. I came home to baking pans to catch the water. They overflow and still get my house wet. At this point I’m not sure what to do. I know this isn’t a professional way to have the water draining.

I must of been one of his 1st customers cause I feel like an idiot. My unit were installed in August 2024 keep that in mind. Everyone is nice and kind to my family and I but I had 5 mini splits installed in my home. It has been nothing but problems since day 2 I've had to have someone out more then I can count. The units have issue with every season. Constant leaks. My compressor was bad, and yes Derrick got it replaced honoring his warranty which was great but now here I am with problems a again. They came out refilled the antifreeze and 4 days later the units started freezing over and not working. Now all my calls go straight to voicemail when I call Derrick. I should of went with central air or stuck with my swamp cooler. On top of they did a horrible job with the drain pipes. I was ok with ugly we could of figured out how to hide it, since he gave me a great deal on them. I had them install August of 2024! So yeah too many problems.

My husband and I, both of us in our 80's, were suffering from the heat on Friday evening--our main swamp cooler was putting out nothing but a lot of noise and hot air. I went to Angi's List, and Derreck of BrightBreeze Solar and Air responded immediately. He came from Taylor Ranch to our home in the northeast heights quickly, got on the roof, assessed the situation, told us about it, and went to buy a new pump. He was back before I thought it was humanly possible, installed the pump, and--voila, cool air! He charged us for the pump and an hour of labor (and he spent more time than that). There was no additional expense tacked on for coming out and working after 5:00 on Friday evening. We were both very impressed and will be sure to contact him again when we have any more problems with our coolers. He was responsive. professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We highly recommend him.

Very professional. Knew exactly what to do. I have had others out here to do what the service technician did with no avail.So I was glad that the young man knew exactly what to do.And i'm very appreciative and very happy with the service.

Thanks to Bruno for sending tech Dominic to check out our Gree system. Dominic is extremely knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions, didn't talk down to us, and had us right there while he was working. Went through turning on the a/c and then turning on the heat and back again. Everything seemed flawless. Cannot thank Bruno enough for sending Dominic our way.

These guys came out to look at my Water Heater through my warranty company. It took a while for AHS to send them the replacement heater. Once it was delivered, they got me installed the next day. I highly recommend them.

Bright Breeze was assigned to me for a couple of repair claims filed through my home warranty. They did great work on both items and although we had some items come up, they were flexible, working around my schedule well, and saw the job through to the end. The techs were always friendly and quick and I'm confident the work will stand the test of time.
