He did very good job. He came on time. He was professional respect to us friendly I have good experience with him.

Jay was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job servicing the gas fireplace. He identified problem areas and troubleshot as best he could We had to order a part. I hope he is the one who gets to finish the work. I know the fireplace will work perfectly

I went with Cyprus because I had read good reviews. I'm sure others had a great experience but, unfortunately, mine was not. I am a new homeowner -- and that comes with all its fair share of joys and headaches. Prior to moving in, I wanted to get the AC tuned up and have the smart thermostat I purchased installed. So on a Friday, I went to the website, clicked HVAC maintenance, and clicked Schedule Your Appointment (photo attached). I shared my contact information and the details of the service I needed. I selected Monday afternoon (between 12-4p) for service. Shortly thereafter, I got an email asking me to hold that date and time -- and that they were looking forward to meeting me (also attached). Monday rolls around. I shifted plans to work from the new, empty place for the day. 4p passes. 430p passes. At 5:15, I finally called Cyprus to ask if I should be waiting for, at the very least, a phone call to let me know what's happening. The person on the other end of the line informed me that the link on the website doesn't actually schedule an appointment -- it simply indicates interest in an appointment (which is odd, since the button literally says "schedule your appointment"). Irritated but determined, I let him know I'd like to schedule an appointment there on the phone. He asked for all my information -- the very same information I had taken the time to enter into the online form. He asked what kind of service I need -- the very same question I answered on the online form. When I reiterated that, in addition to a regular tune up, I would need the thermostat switched out, he informed me that they will not install a thermostat I didn't purchase from them. Confused, I asked who is supposed to install it if not an HVAC technician. He simply said -- not us. I asked to cancel the request and moved on. I do not know if that is the industry standard -- but had someone reviewed the form I submitted online and reached out to me, they would have been able to share that my request could not be fulfilled. And I wouldn't have had to waste an afternoon waiting around for a technician that was never coming. Listen, times are challenging. Nothing is perfect. But this was poor execution. I hope others have better fortune.

!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!! Fraud!!! Money stolen by this company!!! I have statements and proof of all paid off documents yet they seem to think otherwise when my bank has confirmed the amount taken as well!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!! If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible! I had used the company in 2017 during an interest free promotion and come to find out when I’m trying to sell my property, I have a lien on my account from them! Everything was paid off and never once have I received anything regarding this matter. It’s 2025 and I’m learning this news now! Called the company and they are unsure what happened and after being placed on hold for a long time, I was informed that all my payments went towards "interest" only. My contract has O interest written on it. Now I have to deal with multiple companies to clear my name. Even the collections/lien said this was the first time seeing this type of lien. Absolutely ridiculous this company!! Someone failed to do their job properly and this company has caused such a big problem. Never have I ever had to deal with collections or anything or this sort in my life!!!

Sahdula was my technician and he was fantastic. He explained all the issues he noticed ahead of time, shared the detailed quote with me, and explained the process of repairs. He thoroughly cleaned my air conditioner and furnace and then afterwards explained everything he completed. He was very friendly and conscious about keeping my home clean. Highly recommended company and technician that I will call again for future repairs if needed.

Jay Giles was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable when he came to service our gas fireplace. He was on time and made sure to communicate what he was doing . Highly recommend.
