From my first phone call, talking to Angel and scheduling an appointment to have Beau come out and give me an estimate on a new HVAC unit and a mini-split, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. When I called back and spoke with Francisco after I decided to go with their company, I was surprised at the speed that everything moved. They were doing their best to get me heat in my home before the cold spell hit. The entire clean out of my old system and installation of the new one took only 3 days. I had Baldo, Jesus, Andrew and Jose working on getting the old system out and Logan putting in the mini-split. It was amazing to watch how well they all worked together. Everyone on the entire crew was, nice, friendly and courteous. I was asked by each of them if I had any questions, or needed instructions on how to operate the new system. I loved that they cleaned up all messes each day before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We love Avalos! My AC quit cooling our house. Called Avalos, they showed up when they said they would, with a call before to make sure we were still good with the time. Beau was my tech , he was great! He explained all my options and helped me figure out what was best for our situation. He also took the time to explain to my son how the AC works. Very nice guy. Highly recommend Avalos & Beau!

Logan, Ubaldo and Jesus were very efficient, worked in a timely manner, communicated with every step they made and they were very professional. They made sure we understood our new system before leaving. Highly recommended them!!

Our compressor went out on us on a 101° day, and thankfully for me t happened to be that same day Andrew was coming out to do my 6mo. service. Once he told me, he made sure to service everything and then ran to the shop to get us 2 portable air conditioning units, which were a lifesaver that night & into the next day. He even stayed late to make sure everything was working properly. The next morning he was at my door at 8am with my new compressor! He worked hard! I have recommended Avalos to all my friends and family for years and I still highly recommend them today!

Had Avalos Heating And Air come out and do a system check up on our heater and air conditioner a month or so ago before the weather turned too hot. Beau Came out and went over our entire system with a fine tooth comb. He was very polite and knowledgeable about our system and how we can be proactive about maintaining it for the long run.. He even put new filters in for me. Fantastic experience from the moment, I called to set up the service. All the way through the technician arriving and doing the work. I cannot recommend this company enough

Jose was very informative as he explained in terms I could understand. He talked us through what he was doing nearly every step of the way. Took 20 or more pictures to document issues he saw. I highly recommend him and Avalos for any HVAC work

Our AC unit went out on Saturday, I called Avalos Heating and Air and they were at my door in less than 30 minutes. The technician, Logan was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind! Logan was very attentive to the issues we had and was able to diagnose all of the issues quickly. We appreciate Logan and Avalos Heating and Air!!
