We LOVE Bob Jay’s! Dustin is such a cool and smart dude who really knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing. He was super helpful and patient with me when I started asking a million questions about what was going on and what needed to be done. Stand up guy and stand up company!

We had to have our thermostat replaced after Ron checked to make sure the furnace was working. He was very pleasant and professional. Thanks to the quick fix we will have heat when the next cold front comes in.

Dustin came and cleaned out the clog in the bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. He kept me informed on what he was doing and how things were proceeding. I will definitely call Bob Jay's Plumbing again. Great service!!

Showed up on time , assessed job and made recommendations. Gave an estimate before work began and explained options. Very professional throughout entire time. Definitely would recommend to others and will be who we call for next plumbing job. This was for emergency generator install, but skills exhibited made me comfortable he would equally good for any plumbing situation.

Helped me out in an after hours pinch. The plumbers were very thorough and knowledgeable. They took their time inspecting our system and gave recommendations to prevent further issues. I'm sure they were ready to get home and call it a day- but they didn't make me feel rushed at all they were fantastic :)!
