I needed a solution for a couple of areas of my house and thought I needed a separate system for part of my house. After looking at the setup and what I was expecting, Dustin had a very different idea of putting split zones in my home. I’m grateful because now I can stay warm while my other family members can CHILL out. I’m very pleased at how it came out. They sent out quite a few team members to accomplish the job quickly and efficiently. One technician even stayed later to make sure I was properly connected to each thermostat, and knew how to use all components. The whole crew were personable and worked well together.

I wouldn't dare call anyone else to come to my house. Very highly trained and qualified techs. I can also feel very safe with the people they send out. Background checked and drug free! Our tech Lundy was amazing! 20 stars all around. He came in, found the issue gave several very reasonable and cost efficient options. You could tell he was all business and has the knowledge to back it. He was very friendly to boot! Thank you Gary's!

Isaiah handled all my heating system concerns w/ a most prompt, professional and pleasant manner. I noted his proficiency and appreciated his input about the service that Gary’s offers on a monthly basis that would make help keep my H/AC system in good shape. This company obviously has excellent management and cares about their company/customer relationship.

Aries Villegas your tech that came to install my air conditioner was very courteous and informative and did a great job. Thanks to all that worked on this job. Very satisfied.

My tech was very nice and polite. He seemed knowledgeable, and I say seemed because I didn't know what he was talking about. I do feel I was charged way too much. 1200 dollars for 3 1/2 hours labor. That is over 300 dollars an hour.

Extremely fast and very polite and professional! Dustin was easy to talk to and diagnosed our problem fast and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. Gave us several options on repair. Had us fixed up and going super fast! 10/10. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation!!! Thank you Gary's!!
