They are amazing, especially Taylor! Always super friendly and brings a ray of sunshine in every time he enters the building! They have never disappointed us.

Won't help, won't sell part, won't order part, won't call manufacturer unless I fill out and application for an "account" first. Stated "no cash" sales. I Told them the manufacture gave me their number to order the part from, they could care less. What great customer service at Johnstone Supply... Utterly ridiculous and idiotic. I went and ordered the part online instead saving time and money.
