Let me tell you what! This company has it all together! Alex, the salesman, felt less like a salesman and more like a friend. He asked the questions that mattered in regard to making sure the system that we had installed was the right solution for my family. No sales pitches like I got elsewhere just a genuine care for placing the right equipment in our home! He satisfied all my needs! Jeremiah and Dave, the installers, were phenomenal! From initial procedures, to the removal, all the way to the install of the new furnace and air conditioner they took time to make sure the details were all ironed out. Efficient and effective, very pleased. They even complimented my landscaping! All in all this company is definitely one I will be referring to anybody and everybody who needs furnace or AC work! Craig is ok too…

Eric was awesome helping us to get our radiant heating system working again! He arrived earlier than we were told he would be able to come out, but he called and left a message letting us know his eta ahead of time! It took a while to find where the air bubbles were holding back the system from running properly, but he was able to flush out the system, and get it running again! There was a radiant vent that he took off and it had a small leak that he noticed, but in the process forgot to fix and put the vent back, so when I contacted him he on his own went to get the piece needed to fix it, and came out on his day off to get it fixed! He went over and beyond in his service and communication!

Aspen Aire has provided quality service for my rental properties in Pella IA. Craig was very helpful in upgrading an AC unit for one of my homes. It was hassle free and he came within the timeline that he had given me on the scheduled appointment day. I would definitely call them again and refer Aspen Aire with any HVAC needs.

Today was my first time using Aspen Aire and I was very impressed with their service. We recently moved into a home and the previous owners had used Aspen Aire (I have never been wow'd by any other company, so I thought I'd give them a try) Chad was our service tech and he was very kind, thorough and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer. High five Chad!!

Our geothermal system went out a couple of weeks ago…during a heat advisory. Craig was great to work with and found us a path forward to fixing the system quickly. Eric came out and did an awesome job of fixing the system and keeping us updated on how things were progressing. I will be calling Aspen next time I need something HVAC related.

I just want to say what an incredible team Aspen had handling our Ac replacement. Alex was the super star with coordinating everything and making us feel like priority number 1. The team that came and did the install was awesome, quick, knowledgeable, and great with communication on all levels. I highly recommend this group to everyone.

Hate leaving a poor review, but when the Tech shows up 50min late for an 8am appt that was scheduled a week ahead and there was no call/text/etc to let me know they were even still coming, thats just poor business practice. The tech didn't seem too sure about what the right path was on my AC unit that has a leak but is still blowing cool, but not cold, air and his solution was to replace all refrigerant at a cost of approx $1100. The tech was on-site for less than 15min and didn't get any tools out of his truck. My bill for this was $153.33 !
