I don’t recommend this business. They put a new system in my house summer of 2023 however the system was performing poorly. Called me to fix it because we didn’t have any heat during winter. They sent a technician that spent 5 hours trying to figure the problem. He changed the thermostat due to being a wrong one. During this process he was talking to his boss to walk him through it. That didn’t solve the problem. Called again but they refuse to come back and they quote me $1000. For better understanding I called different companies in the area. The new company which is Iceland breeze, they provided a report stating that the line that they run for the unit is wrong 1/4 . The new unit requires 3/8 so I called me again. After I confronted them with report they agree to put a new line and believe it or not that fixed the entire issue. My unit is working now thanks to report for island breeze company. Toke two years and a lot frustration to get this issue resolved. They never Apologize for their failure and the harm they cause me and my family. I don’t recommend them to anyone, they are money hungry and they very rude.

I was truly blown away by the level of service and communication from start to finish. Kyle was absolutely on top of everything, providing frequent updates and communicating clearly every step of the way. We genuinely felt like we were his only customer. Andrew, who came out to walk us through the new thermostat, was also fantastic, super helpful and patient. The entire crew working in this intense heat was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. I couldn’t believe how smooth the whole process was. Impeccable service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone!

From my first interactions with Wendy at Element Service Group to my technician Mario Gutierrez this has been the best service I've encountered with a heating/air conditioning company. I was very pleased Mario the technician gave me a call ahead of his arrival and was on time. Mario answered any questions I had and explained things that I didn't know. And that to me is important. I did see that it was he quite thorough on everything that he did. I am exceptionally pleased with the service.

I write maybe 3-4 reviews annually. It's not my M.O. But I must say... Sebastian was EXCELLENT!!! He was patient and took the time to explain what was going on... after he meticulously diagnosed the issue. He presented both long and short term options. He is a tremendous ambassador for your business.

Mario was amazing. He even cleaned inside the unit because I told him we have allergies. He was the tech both times and he was great. There really are not alot of great people and workers out there but he is one of them. Element services should feel very lucky that they got a good one!

Service was amazing from the scheduler to the technician being able to take care of the issue promptly. The office staff was very friendly and responsive. It was the hottest day of summer and we were able to get a technician within twenty four hours. Jeorell was our tech. He was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and fix it in about forty five minutes. He even handled a wasp situation with good humor. I highly recommend the company.
