EXCELLENT HVAC INSTALLATION PREMIUM EQUIPMENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I recently had Maynor Service Company install a new Trane XV18 air conditioner and S8V2 gas furnace along with a comfortLink UX360 thermostat and electrical service upgrade from 30 amp to 40 amps The entire job also included removing the old system installing new plenums on both sides,.all necessary permits and town inspections, The crew of three Devan, Beiri, and Jason arrived on time and completed the entire installation in just five hours. It was clear this team has done many installations before; they worked efficiently and professionally throughout the day. The system has been performing exactly as expected in the few days I've used the AC so far. Keeping the humidity out and me comfortable inside. Maynor was fully transparent with pricing, clearly explaining manufacturer rebates, utility rebates and available discounts. The crew explained the system basics, and I was able to figure out the rest on my own with the CompfortLink thermostat. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. Maynor did a good job installing the HVAC system in our new home so I called them for a pre-winter checkup. Armando arrived on-time and did a thorough review of the system, explaining the details when he was complete. And I learned something I didn’t know about the use of the emergency heat setting.

Shouts out to Devon, Beiri, Jason, Nef, and Fred with Maynor Service Company! I had them install a replacement HVAC system with new ductwork.They came in and took care of business. Very courteous and professional crew. Last but not least, my first point of contact was Drew who was very knowledgeable and a helpful problem solver when it came to questions about the best models and options for our current and future needs. Our tech, Mike was very helpful in diagnosing an issue with our upstairs hvac system and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated him sharing his knowledge about our system and taking the time to explain the details to me. We have been using Maynor since we purchased our home- last year they installed a new system in the 1st floor which initially didn't sync with our google nest thermostat. I wish the sales rep had informed us of this incompatibility when we purchased the system, but the team at Maynor went above and beyond by installing a new compatible google nest system. We have been happy with this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We ve used Maynor Services since we first purchased our North Carolina home. Since then Maynor has performed yearly maintenance on our HVAC and air conditioning systems.We ve always found Maynor s technicians competent, capable ,knowledgeable and personable.They always performed quality service and always fully answered any questions we may have had. The office staff was equally personable and knowledgeable and was always accommodating in scheduling any service. Once, during a North Carolina cold snap ( it was 9 degrees) we unexpectedly lost our heat.( it was due to a builder s design flaw) We initially contacted the builder but after waiting for a never received call back we contacted Maynor.It was midday on a Friday. Maynor said they would send someone out the next morning. A Maynor technician arrived early the next day. The technician diagnosed the issue, made a temporary repair and restored heat to our home.( the interior temp hovered around 50 degrees).The technician then scheduled a Maynor engineer to come out early the next week to make a permanent repair. To say the least we were very grateful. We ve also used Maynor s plumbing and electrical arms. They upgraded some of our plumbing and installed several ceiling fans, chandeliers, light fixtures, dimmers and outlets.This work was all done to our complete satisfaction and was reasonably priced. Maynor has been great from scheduling appt with office for free estimate & consultation by Norm, thru installation by Marc and Vinny very thorough and courteous, to office ladies scheduling town inspection. Value and professional service.

Maynor was very reliable and timely with my Kohler generator installation. Jonathan and Christian worked their tails off and were great to have as installers. They even found an issue I had in my sub panel from prior work that was not installed with correct wiring.
