Smylie One Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Company

We scheduled our annual furnace checkup two months ago. When the day finally arrived, I unfortunately missed the call letting us know the technician was en route, so the appointment was canceled. They offered to reschedule in January. My wife had already been waiting at home for them, so her time was completely wasted. We're even members of their service plan, which makes this especially frustrating. We are also looking to add a whole house humidifier, but we will be looking at other companies for that.

My furnace was overheating and I had no heat. I called Smylie One as I have a service plan and have been using them for years. The service technician could not figure out what was wrong and said he would get back to me after talking to other technicians. I was not charged for the visit. My issue is that I never heard back from Smylie One and was left with no heat. That was back in September. I have since worked with another company to do repairs. I am very disappointed in Smylie One and will no longer be using their services. I do not recommend them!

Smylie One does it again!! Always top notch customer service. We moved in our home about 2 years ago and spoke with Joey about a ductless mini split for an addition to our home and our attic. Cody was out quickly and installed everything perfectly (down to even covering up the lines on the outside of the house). Fast forward 2 years later, our dated furnace died on one of the coldest days we’ve had. Steve was out the next day who was able to do a quick band aid fix, but also walked us through both options of the parts and cost to fix, vs just replacing. We decided to replace it and Clay came a few days after we made the decision to just go with the new one. Everything not only looks great, works great, but pain free install too. Could not recommend this company enough! Quick to answer the phone and get your problem solved, always!

Smylie One has been servicing our low pressure steam boiler for more than ten years. We remain exceedingly happy with their efforts to keep our boiler in good shape. Bill has been the face of Smylie over that period and always does a great job.

Smylie One has completed plumbing, HVAC, water heater and other services for us. Everyone they have sent out to provide evaluations, recommendations, installations and repairs has been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I can trust that they will be honest and will get the job done right at or below their estimate.

I use Smylie for heating, cooling and plumbing. Most recently, I had a plumbing issue and they were there to take care of it in less than 6 hours. Jorge was the tech how came out and he was patient at explaining to me what he was doing and he was fair about pricing the fix. He could've over charged me and made me replace a valve, but he was able to work with what I had and get rid of some of the cost of extra parts.
