I had Zach check on an intermittent heating issue. He was able to quickly troubleshot and identify the issue. I decided to have him back to perform maintenance on my systems, which he completed in a timely manner and provided good visibility into what was done and what needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Zach is very knowledgeable and able to clearly explain what is and what is not needed. I will definitely work with them for all of my HVAC needs.
I had such a great experience with A Plus! The two technicians who came out were not only incredibly kind and friendly, but also professional and knowledgeable.
