We have now had multiple projects completed at different rental properties by IMS. They've maintained our HVAC systems for years and when they finally say "It's time" at the respective property, we know it was truly is time. Their communication is spectacular. Their quotes are very detailed and I was very comfortable in making the decision on the best units for us. AND... they dealt with the City of Loveland on all the post install permits and such taking that responsibility off of my plate. OH... They maintain our home system as well. Great working with a locally owned business who truly cares about customer service.

He was patient, informative, and took the time to really understand my goals. Not only was he competitive on price, but he also went above and beyond to explain every option, answer all my questions, and customize a plan that made sense for my home. On install day, Franklin and Oden were fantastic. Truly thoughtful, professional, and kind. They walked me through the entire process, were extremely detailed in their work, and made sure I understood everything. It’s rare to come across a team that’s both highly skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with. On top of all that, this company supports our military and first responders, which means a lot to me. We had our initial IMS service review and we were very pleased what it covered and the detail provided. David Morse, the IMS technician, was excellent. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered alternative solutions to some of our concerns about specific issues related to our system. We decided to upgrade our thermostat and he was able to complete that and another upgrade on the spot. We are very pleased with how the system is operating to meet our needs. Excellent service all the way around.

I highly recommend IMS for all HVAC services. From scheduling, quoting, diagnosis/repair, and retrofit, the employees at IMS are true professionals. I've so far had both my upper and lower level heating and cooling systems fully replaced by IMS and they completed the retrofit in less time then originally anticipated and with better equipment and less cost than other companies had quoted. Plus, they were able to fish the rocks my son dropped into the exhaust pipe of the lower level furnace. Extremely satisfied!

Garret and Carlos arrived on time and put put a new AC unit in my house and they were both very kind and respectful. They worked very efficiently and got it done super quick. I definitely recommend using IMS for anyone who needs AC repair or installation. I’ll be sure to use IMS in the future!
