Pristine rep showed up promptly on time. He was courteous and immediately ready to work. I reviewed the worksite, showing all the registers and the air handler. After some friendly conversation, he started in. I had hired another firm a few years ago, and was very disappointed with their processes and results, so to watch someone clearly knowledgeable was reassuring. Great results, highly impressed and expressively recommended.

After a few attempts with a different company to get my only 3 year old heat pump working correctly, I was referred to Pristine Air Services. Chuck was very communicative and thorough, taking his time to assess all possibilities and explaining to me recommendations to keep looming issues from creeping up again after fixing the original problems. We were very impressed by Pristine's communication before and during the appointment. The tech Cody was on time, very professional and very thorough. He showed us photos of each area he cleaned, and didn't charge us for unnecessary procedures. We will definitely recommend this company to others, and use them again.

I am very glad we used this company! From the initial phone call to the friendly lady who took our call to Cody the service technician. Our house is 10 years old and we have never done any maintenance to our heat pump or furnace as well as we have never had the ducts cleaned. I called a few places who quoted me twice as much for the duct cleaning. Cody started the duct cleaning and found our system clean with no need for cleaning. He serviced the heat pump and mentioned the blower motor may need cleaned on the next visit. No pressure or unnecessary up-sales. We set up for an annual service for the A/C & Furnace and were still a couple hundred dollars less than the original quote. Who does that these days? Pristine Air solved our dryer ducting issues after being taken by 2 companies that didn't do the work to code. Joseph our technician came up with an alternative solution due pipes being in the way under the crawl space. When the alternative made our dryer stick out further from the wall then previously, in a very small laundry room, he recommended pedestals so they could tuck back in. Being an older couple there was no way we could get a washer and dryer lifted ourselves, so Joseph offered and came back on his own time to help us. He honored is word and wanted to make sure we were happy with the end result. So appreciate him and the business. Plus very fair upfront pricing. Thank you, Beth & Gary from Des Moines.

This is the first time I've used Pristine Air. Had them come out and do a maintenance service. Was very pleased Great service. Knowledgeable. Didn't try to up sell me something I didn't need. On time, didn't rush through the job but took the time to do it right. Well done!
