Our blower motor in our air handler went out this weekend. We called the answering service and they were very helpful. They assigned Brian to us. He called back very soon after I left a message with the answering service. He was very kind and listened as we explained the problem we were having. After we gave him all the details we came up with a plan. He was super honest and told us the part we needed was not on his truck and would have to be ordered. That’s what really stuck out for us because he could have easily said I need to see it this weekend and charge the fee and still not have the part, but he didn’t. It wasn’t fun not having A/C, but it all worked out. He came on Monday and checked everything out and installed the new blower motor. We now have a cool house. I can’t thank Advanced A/C enough for your honesty and courtesy. We will definitely be using them for all our future A/C needs. Keep up the good work.
