The most professional service vendor i have ever hired. From Jillian in the office, Jordan that came out to diagnose the issue and give options to fix, to the installation crew. Patrick was very good at explaining and showing what he was doing. The guys with him were all polite and extremely professional. I would recommend Lenaire to anyone.

June 9 Brandon was amazing from the initial phone call to let me know that he was on his way to the time he left! He was very through and professional! I signed up for a maintenance contract because of his expertise! Thanks again! July 24 So to follow up…I had another issue and they came to my rescue once again in less than 12 hours of contact. Brandon and Jillian were the best! Thanks again and I 100% recommend their services!

Marcus came out same-day (within only 3 hours) when our A/C stopped working and was quickly able to figure out what was wrong. Their team is well-stocked and were able to replace a part on our unit on the spot. Easy and swift process with very polite and courteous service from Marcus. Definitely recommend.

Dale from LenAire came today 8/19/2025 for a maintenance inspection on our AC and Furnace that was installed in February of 2025. He did a complete check on the furnace and inspected any issues. After he was through the inspection, he let me know about bacteria and mold that is in our House ducts. He then went through and suggested I do their company cleaning for the issue. And I will do just that. He was very professional, kind, and thorough in his work. Highly Recommend!

Punctual, professional, pleasant. Extremely thorough, reviewed all pictures to give my husband and me a clear understanding of all deficits (and satisfactory findings). Very transparent about deficiencies that needed more immediate attention as well those that were not critical. Highly recommend this LenAire professional.
