One of my worst experience!! These people sold me an Ice machine in 2020. As soon as the machine needed to be serviced, they never answered. This brand ( Valpro ) seems to be Chinese and no one seems to be able to get the parts. Now I find myself with a machine barely 3 years old that needs to be dumped. Btw it was purchased new. Stay away from this brand and these people.
