I can't say enough about this company. When called they get right out to me to see what the issue is. They are the ones who installed my new furnace and air conditioner. They are very reasonable on their pricing and don't try to upsale you on things. Plus they will work with you on payments. They know what their doing and have always been so polite and professional. Highly recommend them!

These people are terrific. It's a family-owned and operated business with very decent prices solid service. I'm a Realtor & they've helped make deals work by being easy to work with so I gave them a shot when my furnace went out. They didn't have the part so they recommended a Carrier dealer since it was Friday afternoon. So, I called Bryant Heating & Air. They didn't have the part either. I ended up calling A&I back because Bryant want $250 to make the repair. A&I only charged $80 for the same repair. Now all is nice and toasty and I'm happy I saved some money!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. If I could give them a zero, I would. We bought 2 brand new units 5 years ago, had nothing but trouble. Installation was shoddy, terrible sheet metal work, standard filters won't even fit, units were wired wrong from the beginning, 15 service calls in 5 years. Everything from Air not keeping cool, it being wired wrong and running heat and air at same time, heat going over temperature thermostat was set to, too small of intake and starving for air, burnt up compressor, bad fan motor, unit completely freezing over, $700 electric bills, to relay boards going out right and left. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. They currently have left us hanging in the middle of a repair and when I called the office, she asked me, " are you sure he didn't fix the unit?" Yeah pretty sure all the wires are currently hanging out and heat is running on aux and won't cut off! We have to shut off breaker to turn off heat! We kept using this company because they installed the unit and do not charge a service call to come out and repair the units. But we are so frustrated with them, we will call a more reputable company even if it means paying out of pocket for something they screwed up. Please don't waste your time or your money! Find a more reputable company for your heat and air! Thanks.

I purchased a new furnace/blower for the inside of my house last fall because my heat exchanger had cracks in it. They installed the new unit, but have found out via their tech., the duct work was choking down the blowers ability to circulate the air. The tech moved some ductwork around and taped into position. That helped a little bit, but taped, really. Thursday morning I took the front door off and the switch was still taped from when the tech worked on it. I took the door off so the fan would not have any restriction as far as air supply to it. The temperature still got up to 78 degrees in my house with the ac running non stop. Today will be more of the same. My old furnace/blower kept my house cool for 20 years, now the newer more efficient system (so they told me when I purchased it) does not keep my house cool, 2 months worth of electric bills has cost me over $400.00 for June and July. I have never had electric bills this high. I'm tired of calling and getting the run around. I'm getting bids on want it will take to correct this situation and A & I will at least be paying part of this bill. I will also be contacting the BBB. Please do some research before you decide to hire this company. It used to be a good one and have a good name.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work done by A&I's installers and the price we paid for new heating and air. They were very polite and conscientious. Even when we had an issue with the dimensions of new furnace, they made a number of possible suggestions to correct the problem. Would use again without hesitation.

Had an appointment between 8:00am and 8:30am no show! I called the company at 9:30 and was told that the technician was stuck in traffic. At 10:30, I called a second time and was told that the technician had gotten tied up on his first appointment and that all the exits were closed down and they were having trouble getting to me. They told me that they would just call my landlord. (After I told them that I was on 65 yesterday with no highway closure). They called him and said I cursed them out and that they would not be come. Thank god my daughter was on the other line and heard the entire conversation. Had no reason to curse!!!!!
