⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience with Mike’s Air Conditioning Services! They recently installed a brand-new unit at my home and also cleaned and serviced the other existing ones. From start to finish, everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail!! It’s not easy to find reliable and honest service these days, but Mike’s team truly delivered. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC installation, cleaning, or maintenance. Excellent service all around!

Who knew that getting a wall A/C replaced in a Brooklyn apartment in the middle of July could be a decent experience?!? I had no idea who to go to for A/C service in Brooklyn so I just trusted the Google reviews here, and all the shout-outs were 100 percent correct! Jules was a knowledgeable, friendly and super-responsive point of contact throughout the process. After consulting with him a few times, I made the decision to replace my old A/C and he had my new unit ordered, delivered and installed in my place within 24 hours! Techs Colin and Tom were awesome as well. They let me know when they were an hour out, they showed up on the early side of my installation time window, they navigated the tight spaces in my apartment with zero problem, and they got the new unit in/old unit out so fast. So nice to find a company of real people who are good at what they do. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Jules cleaning my window unit! My unit wasn’t horrible, but definitely needed a more thorough clean as my allergies got significantly worse after turning it on this summer. Jules arrived next day and did a great job, even showed me how to do regular maintenance cleans going forward. Definitely recommend!!

During the biggest heat wave this summer my bedroom air conditioner completely broke. Because it was under warranty from a "big box chain store" I was told they would fix it for free but it would take over a week. Ugh!!! My husband and I decided to "camp out" in our basement guest room when the unthinkable happened.. that night THAT air conditioner broke too. I started scrambling to find a quick fix. All the big stores had to take days to ship and install. I looked up on google for "same day air conditioner installation " and found Mike’s right here in Brooklyn!! I called pretty late in the afternoon and got Jules on the phone. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny!! Like I was dealing with real family. His crew came the very next day to get that air conditioner put into wall so I could get some sleep and regain my sanity!! They told me they would be there in the late afternoon as they had a job in Manhattan in the morning. But at 1pm sharp they were here! Carl and Collin were very knowledgeable and did the job very carefully and quickly. They even lugged away my old unit so I didn’t have to worry about disposing it myself. I WILL DEFINITELY be using Mike’s again for other projects around the house as I have heard they do all sorts of jobs like cleaning dryer vents and maintaining appliances so they stay working!! So happy !!!!!!

Would love to share my amazing experience with this company with you all! I was in need of an AC very badly. I called Mike’s hoping for a quick result… I got the best customer service , and Howard & Steven showed up at my door in the most positive manner. They installed the best air conditioning I have ever had even better they are the kindest people to work with.

The Mike’s AC Team is great - I had Jules and Colin in our house to clean (4) split systems, the condenser, and our dryer vent. The mold that came out was shocking - and the units are running so much better already. The team was very quick, clean, efficient, and entertaining- will definitely be calling them again for maintenance. Thanks Jules and Colin!
