This service is great, Jay is very friendly. I’ve had to call them twice once with a minor issue with our shower which was fixed in a timely manner, reasonably priced. Another time we used their service to replace a broken water heater which was a bigger job again delt with in a timely manner, jay helped us through the whole process including getting a new heater through the warranty. He even came back to help with a minor water pressure issue and didn’t charge us. Great service will come here in the future when I have plumbing issues

Very friendly and honest company. He explained to me all the options that I had in order to make sure my heating on the 2nd floor increased. He also guided me through how I can bleed the water boiler by myself in the future. All in all, very great guy and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Jay and Luis were excellent and total lifesavers! Great communication from the outset, including updates on exactly when they would arrive. Transparent and fair pricing. And the work was top notch and completed slowly and carefully - they corrected poor work done previously by other plumbers in two separate bathrooms. Jay took lots of pictures and videos for us of the problems, and patiently explained the issues in detail. The reapplied caulking and cleaned up the workspace thoroughly. It was like night and day compared to the plumbers we'd had in previously (and whose work they had to fix). I recommend them without hesitation.
