Great people.they do good work
Berry's is the worst. We live in a brand-new luxury building where Berry's was hired to install the HVAC systems. Very high end centralized Mitsubishi units. Our system never worked properly from the day it was installed. We have condensation in two different places and the ceiling drywall is cracking and will have to be ripped out. We complained time and again and each time Berry's sent out guys who did band-aid fixes and lectured us to change the filters more often. The next day the dripping continued. Keep in mind this is a brand new building and we moved in two months ago. Finally we had to hire another HVAC contractor who came in and fully inspected the system (something Berrys still has not seen fit to do). He laughed and guffawed as he found mistake after mistake, including diffusers still blocked with plastic tape, cheap knock-off filters instead of manufacturer's spec, air handlers clogged with construction dust and debris, the list goes on. We are still trying to get all this fixed and the "experts" from Berry's just keep lecturing and rolling their eyes. A complete nightmare. Stay away. Update 2019-12: We have had three different HVAC companies inspect Barry's installation. All three have declared their work a complete disaster. We are going to have to rip out large areas of the ceiling and pay tens of thousands of dollars to repair Berry's installation. A company like this should not be in business.
