I usually have a furnace tune up inspection performed annually, and I have used many different companies over the years. Some of these visits were purely a foot in the door opportunity for the companies to make parts and labor sales on properly operating equipment. I must say that I’m highly impressed with Mike Lemke’s professionalism, work ethic, and equipment knowledge. More importantly, Mike exhibited integrity and honesty when we reviewed the equipment results. The actions and integrity of employees are driven from top down management direction. Based on my experience, I have a high trust level with Genz-Ryan and highly recommend using this business.

Just had our furnace fixed and completed by Noah Phillips. Amazing experience, customer service was Gold standard and was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I am glad that I am a member here and really see the great value in being covered. We purchased a furnace with Genz-Ryan, the parts are under warranty and everything was covered. I would highly recommend Genz Ryan and their subscription based service with the monitoring. It, Genz Ryan and Noah are worth their weight in Gold. 5-stars!!

Looking to replace a 27 year old furnace and AC. Rick walked through multiple alternatives with various options explaining pros and cons. He listened to my questions and provide clear explanations. I felt that he understood what I was trying to accomplish and responded in a very professional manner and I had a high level of trust and confidence in the information he provided. I had a broken Heat Exchanger on my 36-year-old furnace, and Mike came out the next morning, checked it out, and gave me a free quote for replacement. They walked me through all the options and price points, explaining how each would affect air quality, performance, reliability, and energy costs. They also went line by line against another estimate from another company, explaining the differences in items and what I could expect. After reviewing the quote vs. the estimate from another company, which could have gone up by as much as 25% (based on the fine print), we decided to go with Genz-Ryan, even though they were a little more expensive. Bobby & Pedro came out the next morning and got the furnace installed, as well as updated the venting and ductwork, which took a little longer than planned because the shop had provided some incorrect supplies. They were very respectful of my property and even provided a free whole-home duct cleaning (completed a couple of days later) to compete with the other company. I wish they had gone more in-depth with the education on the differences between a Smart Thermostat and a Communicating Thermostat, as I probably would have upgraded from my older Nest to something that would help me achieve the best efficiency for the furnace I purchased. That will probably be another follow-up after I do some research on my own. But we are looking forward to consistent heat throughout the house and energy savings. There are a couple of minor issues with the installation that I will be following up on over the next couple of days (which I hope will increase the review to 5 stars), but otherwise, I look forward to working with you in the future. I already know I have electrical needs and a new AC unit on the horizon. Thank you

Jacob was over at or neighbors place who had the same water system as ours. He was gracious enough to come over and check ours out. As it turns out we had the same issue. He installed a new water pressure valve and back up pressure tank on our hot water heater. He also flushed out our water heater. He’s the kind of service person you want doing work in your house. He explained everything very throughly and quoted us costs before doing the work. He gets my highest rating.
