Red Bear did a great job of installing a new hydronic heat boiler in our home that replaced our existing boiler that was 43 years old. Steven and Ryan were at our house for a couple of days removing the old boiler and replacing with a new Lochinvar boiler. They did a nice job of cleaning up the maze of piping we had around the old boiler giving us a much better access into the utility room. They also replaced one of our baseboards that needed updating. They were always on time and communicated clearly and promptly. They left the utility room looking cleaner than I can ever remember. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

Red Bear Mechanical just finished a complete replacement of my furnace, air conditioner and return air duct system. The installation crew of Mathew, Ryan and Francisco did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and took great care to protect my Utility Room floors, cabinets and appliances with tarps during the furnace install. I'm very detail oriented so I was extremely impressed with how meticulous and thorough they were. During the install process they took time to explain what they were doing and why,. After the two day project was completed they did a thorough cleaning of all work areas and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Everyone I interacted with at Red Bear from Rich Wright the Install Manager, the Install team, to the Office staff, were very courteous and professional. The completed installation exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Red Bear! I can easily give Red Bear a 5 plus star rating! Bill Fletcher

The technician called. Let me know when he would arrive. He was on time. He was very cordial and in time, showed me his knowledge. He went through and serviced/repaired my system very quickly. He also noticed things that were wrong with the installation, and fixed those. His service was excellent and these guys have a customer for life. Thanks Red Bear Mechanical. You guys are great.

I love Red Bear’s annual service plan. They are extremely courteous, friendly, as well as clean and efficient. They have done several improvements to ensure our HVAC works to its full capacity. They provided a Carbon Monoxide detector that is easy to use. I am grateful for their service.

Chris has been excellent with our A/C and furnace maintenance. We have complex LG systems covering three floors, including a commercial unit for the third floor. Recently, the commercial unit was not working properly. Chris was patient, responsive, and very persistent in identifying the root of the problem. He took the time to study the unit, consult directly with LG, and stayed with it until everything was fully operational. He also installed a remote LG thermostat for the 3rd floor, which has made managing the system much easier. In addition, the front desk staff at Red Bear is very professional. They reminded us of our appointment in advance and followed up when the technician arrived, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. I am very impressed with the professionalism and dedication of both Chris and the Red Bear team. I will definitely be using them for my home system as well. Highly recommended!

I had Red Bear install a brand new AC/Furnace unit with compressor and condenser. Their professionalism is top tier. From Rich working through and explaining the quote and recommended system, to Mathew, Ryan, and Giovani completing a big install in just a day and half, my experience was beyond pleasant. I have already referred a family member to them and will continue to refer family and friends to use them going forward. Job well done team Red Bear!
