Hometown Heating, Air & Electric

I've been a Customer with Hometown Heating, Air & Electric for just over a year. Had an Electricity job completed, also New Lennox AC & Furnace installed in 2024. Have had excellent service by all of their employees including one of the Owners prior to the New AC & Furnace replacements. Finished this year with my AC update check, no problems again. Not only did they come in with a better price than a competitor, but the service from Shawn, Brian, Robby, and Jeremy was exceptional - professional, friendly, and efficient every step of the way. A couple of years ago, we also had them replace our air conditioner, and that experience was just as seamless. From start to finish, the team ensured we were 100% happy. Our installers were timely, friendly and respectful of our needs. They made special accommodations so our dogs could have a better day. They did are great job and cleaned up and removed any waste. Couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase from Hometown.

Joe came out to check my furnace and was just wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me and what to look out for in the future. What great customer service….its so uncommon these days, I have to admit I was a little surprised. I would not hesitate one moment to recommend Hometown Heating Air and Electric to my friends and family.

I have been using Hometown Heating & Air to service both my furnace and air conditioner since 2021 and I could not be more pleased. I signed up for the yearly service plan, so furnace gets tuned up in fall and AC in spring. The technicians are always on time, friendly, and knowledgable. The tuneups have found and addressed issues, which have extended the life of both units, made sure they are running as efficiently as possibly, and avoided downtime and extra service calls. I highly recommend Hometown Heating & Air.

The Technician was very friendly and very thorough. He explained in simple terms what was happening with my furnace problem. He even showed me what he was talking about. Very pleased with Joe and his work.

I had electrical work done to accommodate a new induction stove. The company across the board was very easy to deal with being responsive on all ways. The work was done as described and the site was left clean. I will definitely be using Hometown Hesting & Electrical in the future.
