Tom was great. he fixed my AC issue in like 5 minutes today on a national holiday ( the 4th of July) and charged me for a regular service call instead of trying to fleece me becusse it's a holiday. the charge was reasonable and he takes the time to explain what the issue is as hes doing the repair. All of the other reviews of him are legitimate and very true to what I experienced with him. Thank you again for helping us today 🙂

SPEEDY / LOW PRICE / HIGH INTEGRITY - Too good to be true? I'm still beside myself wondering if what happened today was a dream. I'm here to say Tom with Full Service INC is a dream come true. Earlier this week, our AC stopped working and we are getting into the hotter days of summer. I reached out to Tom after receiving a strong recommendation from a friend. Over the past week, I talked to a handful of HVAC companies who came out. Each company evaluated the situation and all recommended and were ready to sell me a brand new AC unit. I called and left a message with Tom on a Sunday asking for a quote to replace our AC as well because other companies were booked out a couple weeks. I expected a call back on Monday but Tom proceeded to call me back within a half hour and asked if he could come right over. AMAZING! When he arrived, he went to our AC unit, opened it up to evaluate and noticed the capacitor failed. He went back to his truck and immediately replaced it...We tried the AC out and it worked again! From my call to to the fix was a little over one hour! WOW! Tom saved me thousands of dollars. He charged me for one hour of standard work and the price of the replacement part on a Sunday. They don't make many like Tom anymore. Tom is a special guy and I could tell talking to him, he has a genuine care doing right by his customers. Needless to say, this is my guy going forward for HVAC. He doesn't advertise, going solely by customer referrals, so if you stumble across this review, give him a shot. You won't regret it and you'll likely have your HVAC guy going forward too!

I see so many good reviews about a guy named Tom, but when I called over the phone whoever talked to me spoke in a rude tone with unprofessional behaviors such as talking over me and ignoring other things I say. I wish I could have saw their service and maybe it would bump my rating up a star if they had great service but unfortunately they don’t do commercial and instantly hung up on me. Unprofessional.

As a return customer, Tom is an outstanding HVAC technician. He has helped us with air conditioning and my boiler heating set up. He has been in the business for many years and knows all different types of HVAC. He is very timely and efficient. I will definitely be calling him again.

I was having some issues with my furnace not pushing enough air volume out. The problem had been prevalent for as long as I owned the house. I dug into it myself and verified that it was NOT a few common issues. I THOUGHT I needed a new cap or motor and decided to call a pro. Tom came in to my having the furnace taken apart. He quickly, learned a bit more about the house and quickly figured out that my furnace was never adjusted after an add on to the house was built. He diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally even afterhours and helped me get the heat going again. I'll definitely be calling Tom again when I need help.

I have been having furnace problems for the last few years. I have called two other companies to try to get it fixed. The first company tore apart my furnace and put it back together and said my furnace just wasn't strong enough for my house. The next guy said the furnace was fine, it was just installed incorrectly and would need a lot of additional ducts installed. Tom found the problem, charged me about $100 and everything is working perfectly! Man, he saved me a lot of money and frustration. Wish I would have gone to him first. You have a customer for life.
