Service Specialties did us right! We’re very appreciative of the responsiveness and thoroughness of the work done on one of our furnaces. Although we got scheduled for a service call within 24 hours of discovering an equipment failure, the team was able to work us into the schedule a day early. Their understanding of the urgency of our situation was comforting. Our on-site tech Brian was very knowledgeable, patient and efficient. I felt we were in good hands with Brian and was extremely confident that the work he completed was done correctly and fully. We will definitely do business with Service Specialties in the future!

Had a great install experience with SSI, they were on time, finished the install efficiently, explained everything they had done, and cleaned up; all at a better price point than any of the other quotes we got. Very satisfied with SSI, Sam H and his team did great.

I was quoted a price before I authorized for a technician to come in. When he arrived, the price more than doubled. He reviewed a recording of my conversation with their office and the recording confirmed the number I told him when he arrived. He called his boss and he was told the new cost is now just $100 more than originally quoted. Because I really did not want to waste the day and start over I agreed with the new price, with great reluctance. The technician did a good job and was very informative. So in the end it was okay. It cost me more but at least this project is done. I would caution future clients to get a clear quote to avoid what happened to me.

Another great experience with SSI! We had SSI replace two HVAC systems earlier this year and just had an emergency plumbing call. Kyle was prompt, extremely courteous, explained the problem and remedy and expertly repaired the problem. In my experience SSI technicians have all operated at the top most level of care and professionalism. SSI has definitely earned my business.

Brian Ford replaced the whole house PRV. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had a great personality. He treated our home like it was his own. It was as clean when he left it as it was when he arrived. It's good to know that such good work ethics are still alive in America. He has won SSI a life long customer aand my 5 STAR rating. Thorough inspection with pictures and clear explanations. Routine maintenance performed and estimates provided for various options for identified issues we will need to address.
