Had an excellent experience with Central Air! During the first heatwave of the summer my smart thermostat told me my house was getting hotter (while we were out for the day) but our house was cooling. Turns out the compressor blew and the unit was past its prime and needed to go, so I did my due diligence on types of HVAC units, costs, etc. after meeting with vendors I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge, kindness, expertise and flexibility provided by Rolf and team at Central Air. During the process and scoping, we went through options and they went over the top and was able to send out a plumber for inspection, and came to find out the water cooler was 19 years old (but we thought it was 10). Cody from the plumbing side provided exceptional guidance on care of units, pipes, and options for the installation (the pictures speak for themselves). The team came by in two separate days, Sean and the HVAC were great, extremely kind and walked me through the process, and kept me abreast of the situation throughout the day. They put in a 10 hour day! They removed the old unit, had the electrician redo some out of date wiring, cleaned up pipes/ducts, installed the thermostat and did extensive testing. Again pictures speak for themselves of the high quality work and the new heat pump is whisper quiet! Cody came by the following day, did a review with what was going to be done and made me aware of water shut off etc. and answered any and all questions. He swapped out the monster old unit, drained, redid all the piping, and checked all faucets in the house repeatedly to made sure no stone was left unturned and provided additional guidance about the timer and any water tracking units. At first when I saw reviews sitting at a 5.0 on Google I was a little suspect, but after the experience with the team, their knowledge and the overall caring / service provided to the customer, I understand now. Outstanding job team, thank you so much!

Rich was amazing in so many ways! He was so personable, friendly and thoughtful! He also was very professional in that he really knew his stuff, was so thorough in diagnosing and finding the problems with our furnace, and in making sure we understood the issues, which were many. His customer service was the best we have ever experienced! He called his company to send out a person that could give us a quote on a new furnace recognizing our need to consider all options. He stayed around until Jeff, showed up and beyond. We decided to go with a new furnace, and are having it installed today. Rich stayed longer yesterday knowing we also had a problem with our gas fireplace insert (which will be fully serviced by his company next week) and wanted to make sure it was at least working well enough so that we would have some heat! We were so glad to have him help us through this process!

Seth came to our home on a last minute no heat in our house situation. Very kind, so professional. Very honest about what our household and heater needed. I would absolutely recommend him. But this company as whole today has been so accommodating, as a house with no heat they came over and made schedules work and I am so appreciative. Very nice people. Very professional. Will call again if we ever need future services done

We’ve been using Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for a few years now and they’ve always been great! Honest and reasonable… very pleased with the membership plan that ensures we have our air and heating system serviced twice a year and an additional 20% discount towards work done when it’s needed. Kenny has been out to our place a few times now and he’s always been friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Cody Vance from Central Air came over for a plumbing inspection of our home. He went under our home and actually took a video of it so he could show us that there wasn't any leaks, and no water standing anywhere. He was very thorough and we were very pleased with the outcome. He was very thoughtful to put on booties when entering our home and he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend Central Air's business for your plumbing needs.

Tim Newville was a pleasure to have service my furnace-he was knowledgeable and thorough in the job he did and also in explaining what he was doing. I felt he was honest, kind and very professional. He took the time to get to know me a little and it was a pleasure to get to know him! It’s really good to know that there are some technicians out there who you can trust. I will ask for him again-thank you so much for sending a truly outstanding employee to help me!

Chris was extremely charismatic, informative, and very professional. He ran diagnostics for all appliances in my home, was very thorough, and gave me tips on how to properly care for my units in the future to make them run efficiently.
