Also their included 3 yr labor warranty is beyond the norm. We were impressed with techs Marcus and Justin who did our install (July 2025). They were great start to finish. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend getting a quote from Comfort Solutions when the time comes to shop for a new HVAC.

Our AC stopped cooling over the weekend, I made an appointment on the company website, since we'd used them at our old house, on Saturday for a Monday appointment (arrival between 10 am - 3 pm). At 3:15 on Monday I called the company as a technician hadn't arrived and they said that the online reservations don't come through (even thought I received email and text confirmations) and told me they couldn't get anyone out today. At this point, I'm so disappointed that they can't manage to make their online appointments that we'll never use them again.
