Great service, beginning to end. I've had multiple HVAC units fixed by greater Detroit H&C and everything has been perfect from contacting the office talking with Lisa to the techs installation. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to all of friends and family. 5/5

My ac unit was having an issue. I called around for pricing and availability. Lisa made my day much better. She was the 1st point of contact from a company I had never used before. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciate that kind of customer service. I feel confident that my ac will be serviced correctly. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Just met with Chris and couldn’t have been more impressed. Called at 8:00 AM today, Chris was here within an hour to come inspect my AC unit. After expecting the worst: to my surprise, Chris was honest and said the HVAC system was running perfectly. While he was here, Chris walked me through some general maintenance I can do to help the longevity with the unit and didn’t charge me a dime to do so. Couldn’t recommend them anymore and will be the first call if I need repairs or a whole new system!

I had a heating problem that involved the installation of a new furnace, etc. I called once, they were right out and it was fixed perfectly within 1 day. Impressive.

We use them as one of our contractors at work and they are quick to respond to service calls and do great work.
