The best! My house was built in 1989 and my two furnaces and one of my a/c units were still original to the house. Most companies would recommend replacing them long ago but Bert serviced them for me and kept them running well over 10 years past their expected life. My furnace finally broke beyond repair a couple of weeks ago and I could tell Bert was actually upset to tell me he couldn’t do anything else for it and it was finally time to replace it. He came out today and installed a brand new furnace and a/c unit at a very reasonable cost. He is very detailed and knowledgeable and took his time getting it done. After he left the house you wouldn’t even know he was here. This is such a great local, family owned business and I have no doubt that they will continue to provide excellent service on this new unit just like they did my old one. Highly recommend! We just had Bert Smith with At Home Heating & Air come check our AC system. It never cools to the temperature we set it to in the summer. We always thought it was an old system or bad windows or poor insulation. Bert found the problem after just 2 minutes in the attic. He fixed the issue and then did an extremely thorough check up of everything else. He also found that our condenser coil was VERY dirty. He cleaned it and recharged the Freon. Before he left, we could already feel a noticeable difference in the temperature of the house. We were shocked at how quickly we could feel the change. This is the only company I would recommend using. They were fast, on time, thorough, honest, communicative and more. Save their number!!

No wonder people raved about this company. Bert Smith and his wife (Camie) shown how a neighborly company is really about. Their customer service is really top notch. They are very courteous, friendly, punctual, and professional at the same time. When they say they'll come within a time period, Bert will actually come within the first 15-30 minutes of the time agreed. His wife handled the appointment and request calls, and she always give me some simple instructions first that I could do without a professional help (like checking air filter, clean the outside unit, etc), to make sure that I really need to spend $$ by calling the professional help. After the first filling up the coolant didn't last for us anymore and we have to change our unit (it's an old one that's been phasing out by end of the year, we've just been prolong it as far as we could), Bert gave us another free coolant (worth over $160) to give us more time to decide what we would do (change the whole unit or part of it, or else). I never feel any pressure and always very pleasant dealing with them. The new unit price is also of great value and our friends were amazed we could get that price for such a great quality AC brand unit. Totally highly recommended this company for all my AC and heating issue!!
