All 3 technicians were very professional. Had outdoor plumbing problem. Got quick response & service in morning (Ashley), Follow up in afternoon (Tucker), and repair on Monday (Brandon & Timothy). Most highly recommend Choates--they have superb technicians who know what they're doing!

Called Choate’s about a tankless water heater descaling that the plumber who installed it did not want to do. I got Choate’s number from the manufacturer’s (Rinnai) website as a certified maintenance provider. Chris Allen came and did the work the morning I called. Did an excellent job. Great communicator! Price was as estimated! Super nice. I would trust Chris and Croat’s to do other work!

Kevin provided excellent service when he came to discuss purchasing of a generator. He was very knowledgeable and shared information we were not aware of.. We would highly recommend his services. We were also thrilled he works for Choates and we have been doing business with them many years and have always been very pleased with their service.

Justin was awesome. Arrived on time. Very pleasant demeanor. Explained everything he did in easy to understand language. Cleaned up when he finished. Would recommend him and Chaotes for any ac or plumbing issues

Jaden Peden came out to check on our heating system. He was the nicest young man. Very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. Very professional and polite! Choate’s should be so proud to have him as an employee!

Mr. Baptist was very professional and promptly identified the issue with my unit - both inside and outside. He was neat, wearing shoe covers as he entered my home. When the defective part was identified, he carefully informed me of the part/price then with my approval, replaced the part and finally checked to ensure everything was working properly.
