Top Notch Heating & Air

Chris (and all the techs, actually!) has been so prompt everytime we have been in need. And this comment shows the age of my house and system, but they know our dogs and kids by name now! Lets face it, anytime you are contacting your HVAC company, response time is critical. TopNotch has sent a friendly face within hours of us needing them. They always take the time to tell us not only what the issue is , but our options AND which option they recommend. I’ve never felt any price wasn’t a reasonable price. We’ve both paid immediately and used their financing. It’s all very seamless. And just because they are also "topnotch" at communicating, they follow up the next day to check that everything is still running correctly. This is a company I will keep as long as they are around! I would recommend everyone giving them a chance to become your permanent HVAC company! I’ll always recommend them to my friends!

I can not say enough good things about Top Notch!! After being burned by a couple of other local HVAC businesses, Top Notch has been a God send! Their staff and techs are the most polite, their response time is super quick, and they are reliable and so affordable. They follow-up and check-in to remind me of services I need that I keep forgetting. I didn’t think any of these things existed in the HAVC industry. SO glad I found Top Notch Heating & Air!!!

Very detailed in servicing my unit. Like the fact that Terry showed me pics of the readings and explained in detail what they meant. Highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to maintain a service contract with. Without one most companies will not get to you for days and the price with Top Notch is very reasonable. Communication was easy and it was obvious they are on top of things.

Terry did a great job! He came out same day , we didn’t have to wait and be put on a schedule! He explained what the problem was, what it was going to take to fix it. And do his best to make sure we got the part as soon as we could! The price was reasonable as it was 2 separate times he came To the house

Woke up this morning 87 degrees in the house, no air flow. Tried everything I knew to do. Called Top Notch Heating and Air. No answer (dang another closed till Monday businesses) BUT WAIT! They texted me. You know why, because the tech was to busy taking care of another family to answer the on call phone. So Mrs Sadie got my information and gave it to the tech. Not being on their program I was expecting an all day wait or even a Monday morning phone call. No sir, No mam they was here within the hour. Expected the worse possible outcome. Steven diagnosed the problem, didn’t try to sell me some crap I didn’t need. Instead he fixed the issue, no problem. In return for that I signed up for the yearly membership. That’s how business should be done. Steven was absolutely AWESOME! I work as a CSR. So when I say this I mean it, that man was a GREAT CSR! And thank you Mrs Sara for having a great company!

I called after hours on a Friday evening and left a message about the air conditioning not cooling the house. Within a few minutes I received a text message. Shortly after that I received a call from Jeremy and he set up an appointment for the following morning. He was very knowledgeable and was able to detect the problem quickly. He kept me informed and let me know the cost and fixed it within an hour or so. I decided to sign up for a service membership and am thankful for their quick response on a holiday weekend!

Our HVAC started leaking throughout our house at 9pm. We text the owner, Sara, to ask what we should do. She immediately had us contact Jeremy for an after hours call. He was there within an hour, solved the problem, and educated us on an issue he also found with our filter. Because we have the membership, our dispatch fee was waived as well! Always recommend Top Notch to my friends and family. Always prompt, friendly, and honest.
