The technician, Damon, was professional and friendly. He asked a few diagnostic questions, and then he worked quickly to find the problem. He advised me of the repair cost. He had already reminded me of the service fee I was given when I made the appointment. Then he worked quickly to solve the problem, and he watched the system run until he was sure that it was running normally. It was working so well that I had to set it up a degree higher. I'm very happy with Middleton Heat and Air! I'm still very happy with the service I received. It has been a week since the service was completed, and my 10 year old Trane AC unit is working great. Middleton Heat & Air originally installed my system.

Great experience all around! I called first thing this morning for service on our AC unit and Damon was out three hours later! He was timely, friendly, and super knowledgeable! And he even provided some helpful information for the future to keep our unit running well!
Our service man, Wes was amazing! He found the problem quickly, he had the part on his van to save us, haha. He adjusted our Nest to ensure in the dead of winter no more waking up to a fridge home. We felt as if he was treating us like family. Viola is a happy girl in a warm home.
Our ac went out at 9pm last night. Sean came and fixed several problems with our 21 year old unit. By 2pm we were up & running! I will sleep much better tonight!
Great experience. Every step was explained to me. Damon took the time to explain the possibilities of what the issue might be. He did a great job. I appreciate it when technicians explain what is going on. I will be returning as a Middleton customer in the future if I experience any issues.
