Elevated Comfort

We had a wonderful experience with Elevated Comfort from day one. We needed a mini split system installed and really had no idea how the process worked. JP walked us through the process and was very prompt and helpful. Daniel and Miquel, our installers, were so courteous and skilled. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. They kept us informed along the way and took exceptional care with the installation. The office was also great and retuned calls promptly. Really appreciate this company and highly recommend!

Elevated Comfort incorrectly installed a new 2-stage furnace and blower one year ago. After six months, they enabled the 2-stage feature at my request and did not charge me for the blower repair. Today they repaired incorrect gas pressure settings and made the furnace’s status panel easier to read. The furnace now works correctly. This second repair was also free.

Called in for a diagnostic on a newly installed residential system… Scott showed up and was able to troubleshoot a short in the wiring super quick! Saved us a headache and had our furnace back online in no time! Very happy with the results and the price. Way to go Elevated Comfort.

Absolute fantastic experience with Elevated Comfort! From the sales consultant, to the installation technicians, to the office staff, everyone was professional and coordinated everything seamlessly. The price for our new, top-of-the-line heat pump was completely reasonable. We're extremely happy with the installed system and the noticeable difference it has made. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and quality work.

I had an AC system installed a couple years ago and the experience was great. Noticed the cooling wasn’t as strong as previous years and they found out it was a pinhole leak and fixed that under warranty. I just called to have my heater replaced and had a great experience with Ryan. It gets installed at the end of this week but I’ve dealt with this company a half dozen times and whether it’s a phone call or in person everyone I have met has been super friendly and not pushy at all. The prices are fair and they make it easy to work with them. I didn’t even get multiple bids on the heater this time cause I really enjoyed the last experience I had.

We called Elevated on Saturday morning, and they had a service tech out to the house within about an hour. August was beyond helpful, and was thorough in inspecting our ducts and furnace. He didn’t push us in any direction, and we felt that we could trust his advice. I highly recommend using Elevated with any HVAC needs!

Very impressed! Zach was on time, kind, respectful of my house, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He performed a turn-up on the heat system. He was not pushy to sell anything unlike other companies. I paid the exact small fee as advertised. I will make Elevated comfort my go to HVAC company from now on.
