Replaced my 13+ year old furnace. Jimmy O'Toole and his partner Eric were professional helpful and fast. Left the premises looking 100% better than they found it. Explained the system to me and answered any questions I had. Most importantly they arrived exactly on time and completed the work in less than 6 hours with very little disturbance to my day. Would not hesitate to contact Cranney for any future problems I have.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Cranney. I had to have 2 faucets , shower heads installed and a few pipes repaired for my elderly parents. Nick L and Brandon were incredible. My wife and I bought an older house last year and are expecting our first baby early in the new year—so getting heat to the second floor was a top priority. We decided have Cranney install mini splits for us after seeing their trucks around and getting a strong recommendation from our neighbor. We had a great experience from start to finish. Aron, Jimmy, Odell, and Nathanael were all professional, kind, and easy to talk to. They arrived early each day, worked efficiently, and made sure I felt comfortable asking questions about placement and how the Flair pucks and Ecobee integrated with the Mini Splits. When one of the wall units turned out to be larger than expected, the team handled it smoothly—communicating options clearly, adjusting the invoice, and keeping us informed. They even pointed out a warranty we didn’t know we had, which was a huge help. Special thanks to Dave too! My wife and I both appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness when quoting out the work. We always felt like he was giving it to us straight, which really built our trust. It’s great working with a team that’s professional, communicative, and calm under pressure. We’ll definitely be calling Cranney again when we’re ready for the floor unit on the second floor.

I came home from work and discovered we had no hot water. I called Cranney and was scheduled first thing next day. Matthew came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and thorough. Luckily it was a quick fix due to a minor oversight on recent service so I was not charged. No one is perfect (though they come close) and I really appreciated the honest assessment and accountability. I also recently had an electrical upgrade to 200 amp service and had all my outlets replaced. They got the job done in 2 days and did a beautiful job. Alex, Zack, Jacob and crew (sorry I don't remember all their names) were again professional, knowledgeable and reassuring through the entire process. They were very respectful of my home and other than the new fancy electrical panel you would not know they were ever there. I had a couple follow up concerns and they sent Nick out (twice), who came right away (free of charge) and explained the new breakers in more detail and put my mind at ease. From scheduling to service and follow up I've had nothing but a positive experience with Cranney. Could you get a better price, maybe but you are not just paying for parts and labor you're paying for the team of experienced, reliable, professionals specialized in their respective trades in a one stop shop. They call ahead, sometimes with photos, text and email so you know exactly who is arriving and they come in uniform in a Cranney vehicle. An added piece of mind. If Cranney fixes it, I will be calling them for it. Thank you Cranney!

Alex Capodlupo looked my concern with the house's wiring accessed the problem and shared what needed to be done. Orlando Salmeron and his team replaced my circuit breaker, replaced the wiring all within a days time. The cost was below the estimate. I am very impressed and grateful for the work done.
