I can’t recommend Jason and the HVAC installation team enough. They replaced my HVAC system in June of this year in and it ran smoothly all summer. The team was very professional, communicative, and tidy and was able to replace my system in a tricky attic space. When my a water sensor went off on a Friday evening this summer, Jason made the trip to help investigate the issue after hours to ensure everything was working properly. I will definitely use Townsend again!

Chris and Erick did a great job replacing my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently for a fair price. Plumbing work can always be a bit of a shock, but they explained everything clearly and made good use of their time. I'm a longtime B&S customer, so it was great to get Bartlett guys in here!

Brian is a surgeon in this business. I have had the privilege of him showing up to my house to deal with heating and air conditioning issues over the years . I get my propane from the also and they are always fair and extremely helpful. A few years ago Brian suggested replacing my heating system and we did and it made a major improvement to our house hold. We also changed over an air condition system and that also was a successful change. Brian knows exactly what he is doing every time he comes over for service . There’s has not been one time when he is not sure about an issue and quickly resolves it We have been loyal customers for years and years and appreciate this companies continued awesome service . The ladies in the office are always helpful in taking information and passing it along to the service department for immediate attention! Thanks very much for helping me out in getting my faulty valve replaced and up and running . Brian went way out of his day to make sure we had head by the time he left ! It was absolutely amazing the work he did in a short period of time ! Thank you !

Chris Fitzpatrick and Dan Tallent did a very professional job installing a new disposal and toilet, and servicing my heater. They arrived on time and cleaned up after each job. I found them polite and also clear about prices. Thank you.

I have been a customer for over 30 years with the monthly service contract in place. Recently, I detected I minor leak in my original oil tank at 8 a.m. Within an hour a service person was on site and determined the tank would need to be replaced. By 11 a.m. the recover crew was here to capture the oil to prevent any spillage incident. By 1 p.m. Derrick Brown the salesperson was on-site to offer replacement options. We came up with a plan, and new tanks were installed two days later once they arrived with a 30-year warranty and additional compacity. It could not have gone any smoother. Excellent response, excellent service, excellent professionalism by everyone involved. Thank you.

Townsend spent three days at my house installing a new heating system. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful and kind. They took the time to review everything with me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Townsend!
