Billy along with the rest of the crew with Baldwin, heating and air were jam up! They showed up when they said they would. communication was outstanding! They everything in the process very thoroughly. So far this experience has been top notch from the estimator to the installers. We highly recommend.

I appreciate Baldwin Heating and Cooling for getting me back right when my water pipe burst. Mr Preston was dispatched to take care of it and he was nothing short of extremely professional when he came out. He was very knowledgeable on what he needed to do and took care of me from start to finish. After he was done he even doubled back and checked to make sure the pressure in my house good. He didn't want to leave before he knew I was good to go. Give that man a raise. Don't go to anyone else because they won't give you an inch compared to what Mr. Preston and the team gave. If I could give ten stars I would. I didn't catch the woman I talked to originally that sent him out but she is a fellow veteran and took care of me and understood my plight. She was very understanding and I would like to say she needs a raise too. Overall very good customer service. Knowledge off the charts and I would highly recommend Baldwin Heating and Cooling. If I need to put a sign in front of my house for free I'd do it.

Good service call. Clint was very thorough! Explained every process and showed me in detail our problems. Broke down every charge on all upgrades to our system that should improve the humidity issue and prevent the mold. Enjoyed his visit.

I'm new to the area and was so pleasantly surprised how friendly and responsive their team is. Preston came as scheduled... Even early! He was extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed an estimate for a large scale project and he walked me through my options. I had a great experience with this plumbing company today, thanks to Preston W. and his helper. Preston expertly diagnosed our water main slab leak and found a solution that didn't require ripping up our concrete. They replaced the piping from our well to the house by running a new line through the attic. Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful and professional, explaining our home's plumbing system and the condition of our appliances. We were kept in the loop on every detail and they made sure we were happy with the results. The work was done perfectly, site left clean, and I highly recommend them.
