Comfortly did our AC installation in West Palm Beach, and Miguel was terrific. He explained everything step by step, installed the system quickly, and made sure it was working properly. Miguel was polite and professional. Comfortly made it stress free.

Great service with a smile. The tech knew exactly what was wrong, explained what he was doing and quickly fixed the issue. I signed up for their (reasonably priced) maintenance plan as I’d rather take care of the system that keeps me cool in the south Florida than take my chances with it failing.

The owner and the entire staff are highly responsive. It was immediately clear from talking to the owner that he was an expert in his field Having run this business for more than 30 years. I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and a creative thinker on how to do the best work using the existing structure. Have recommended him to all of my neighbors. Wanted to give special thanks to Bert and Nalio for their service. They are two of the hardest working guys I’ve ever had working in my home. They take great care with my furniture and my floors. Even still, At the end of the day when they leave, the place is spotless. Not even one piece of drywall is left on the floor. They explained every step of the process to me. They even trained me how to use the remote control for the air handler. You will be lucky if they are assigned to your job. Five stars!

This is the best AC company around, the last company that was servicing my ac told me after my unit stopped working that I needed a new AC system and that mine was old, I laughed because the unit is only 4 years old. I called M&S because their reviews were great and for good reason. They fixed my system told me I did not need a new one. Terry was awesome he assessed my situation and the unit was up and running after they had received the part and installed it. All that I can say is look no further.
