Jacob K and his colleague did an amazing job installing our 3 ceiling and 1 wall mini splits. This was a big 4-day project during some serious Buffalo heat! Very happy we chose Capital Heat and would highly recommend!!

Luke did a great job in walking me through the Waterfurnace mechanical equipment and helping me setup the controls communication system. He also briefed me on what periodic maintenance is required, along with the "how-to-do". As a new customer, I was not charged for this service call. Thank You!

Your technician Sam Hibbert is Very Professional and Knowledgeable in his work and doing this job. I understood all that he asked of me. He explained everything in detail and i watched how he works also, He sent me a text message before he arrived and a few moments later he was here, He got to work, and it did not take hm, too long to complete what was needed to be done. We had our generator serviced today by Luke. He arrived on time and was very personable , answered our questions and explained what he was doing. Finished in a short amount of time and we are set for another year. We would recommend using them for all your heating, air conditioning and generator needs.

Luke came to look at my air conditioning system and was super knowledgeable. He explained everything as he was checking it, explained that a level was a bit low and likely the problem. He explained his recommendation for fixing with topping off the system. He took his time topping off the system checking that it was right. Then he came inside the house to take temperature measurements to make sure everything was working well. He explained these as well. Luke was extremely knowledgeable and professional but also friendly too in how he explained everything. He did a fabulous job. Thank you!
