Pete is a true professional, trustworthy, and fair on the price. I'm a real estate investor for the Wiregrass Area and Prime HVAC is who I will call for now on. Other companies have a hard time showing up and want to nickel and dime you, not Prime. Prime has made the HVAC repairs and replacement on several of my properties stress free. Pete and his team were straight up from the beginning! I was absolutely impressed, relieved and ever so Grateful bc I’d had sales people from other companies pretend to care and offering great deals etc but Peter came in from the get go as honest and sincere as one can be. I just moved here 2500 miles so I’m not familiar with pricing nor companies. Unfortunately I had been bamboozled and blindsided that I’d be needing to replace or at least spend thousands on repairs for- come to find out an 18 year old unit. Peter and his team are always professional and fast. Would highly recommend using them on anything related to HVAC. We had our upstairs unit go out. Had PRIME come out and replace the system within a week of getting the quote. Very clean install.

Peter at prime sent two Excellent gentleman that come out to service our unit. Showed us everything that was wrong and where the problem is on the detector. No hidden fee’s or prices. Offered a service plan at an affordable rate monthly or yearly to come out every 6 months to service our unit. Meanwhile, a 15% discount in any service they perform while on the plan. I will be using them for all of our HVAC needs. Very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Avery did a great job fixing my bad compressor, he was there and gone in less than 30 minutes and even talked me through everything he did. I'd recommend Prime HVAC to anyone!
