Aaron and a lot of the people that work there are fantastic and do a great job. For them I would give 5 stars. Clint is the reason I’m giving 2 and I would give 1 star for him. He was extremely extremely rude on the phone very condescending. We had to switch contractors half way through our fireplace remodel and extreme heat when going through this was very understanding and worked well with us but when Clint came back from his 3 week vacation when I went to schedule the final framing he was rude and not professional at all making rude remarks about having to send guys over multiple times without mentioning the fact that they forgot to plug in the gas so had to come back out. That they would reschedule our appointment without even telling us so we waited for them and no one would show up. He said well we don’t have any openings for 2 weeks to finish it so oh well. And sure enough when it was the day of the apt 2 weeks later they didn’t come! And 30 min past the time they were suppose to come out and finish it he called saying no one was coming!!! I knew that would happen. Almost like he was trying to prove a point. My husband had to miss work waiting for them and for them to call after they were already suppose to be there was very unprofessional. So Clint was awful the rest was fine. Fireplace instal looks great though.

These guys are incredible! Professional consulting, clear communication, well organized, superior installation, excellent follow through, and very thorough. Super impressed!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the moment I walked into the office and was greeted by Houston, I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was extremely friendly and took the time to talk to me and teach me about my system. Clint came and talked to me about the issues I was having and even offered to loan me a space heater to stay warm. Matt came out, early at that, introduced himself and took the time to explain what he was seeing and what repairs were necessary and why. It was the extra mile that each one of these men took to make sure that my heat was back up and functioning. Very kind and professional team and would recommend hands down!

Annual maintenance for furnace & water heater - which EH installed in 2020. I have been using EH for the past 7 years & for all of my heating & plumbing needs. Reliable, communication is great! They send reminder messages the day before & the day of service they text with a heads up the tech is enroute. They are amazing! Tech/Kyle did a great job today, very courteous & personable. Dealing with Extreme Heating & Air Inc. is always pleasant. They have wonderful , polite , and knowledgeable employees. Day after Memorial Day I called with a furnace issue and in a couple of hours I had a craftsman inspecting and repairing my furnace. Half an hour later we were up and running and costing very little for the completed job. They wear booties inside your home and text you in the beginning and end of the job to keep you informed. Amazing company…….

Cody is the technician that came to our house today and was a pleasure to work with. Very kind and professional. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all our questions with patience. His attention to detail was impressive. We truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Highly recommend!

Tech (Cody) showed up to a no heat call. System all checked out but system still short cycled. Tech was no worried. He kept digging till he found the issue. Had blockage in heat exchanger they anybody could have missed if they were in a rush. Very detailed and knowledgeable of my system and how it works. Communicated every step he took. My home now has heat. Highly recommend Cody for any other issues.
