He and his coworker worked hard nonstop except to take lunch. Did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. Showed me the equipment and how simple the thermostat was to use. I’d recommend them to anyone.
We asked airco for a $99 hvac system checkup. We promptly paid the invoice. However, that evening, we discovered that the technician had accidentally disconnected our AC system. When we called airco, they apologized profusely and immediately came out again the next day to fix it (for free). This is a VERY HONEST AND HONORABLE BUSINESS. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Airco always does a great job - from installing a new a/c unit & thermostats, to recurring checkups. Their schedulers are very efficient and keep us updated with reminders and status reports. Techs are skilled pros. They arrive on time, and are very efficient, tidy and great to work with. Our experience with their sales, install, and ongoing/scheduled maintenance teams has been excellent, worth every penny.
Our AC went out last night and our house was getting very warm. I have a young son and a disabled spouse and their comfort is very important to me. I called Airco after hours answering center and left a message. They were so accommodating and came out to our house first thing in the morning and got our AC back up and running. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
