We recently had to replace our heat and air. A task no one looks forward to doing. We decided to get several quotes to find the best deal. The minute Triple Play showed up we knew we could trust them to do the job right. They weren’t in a rush and took the time to answer all our questions. The next day, they arrived on time to install our new system. They even made some adjustments to the ducts in our attic to ensure our new system would run efficiently. Triple Play hit it out of the park and we would definitely use them again.

When our furnace wasn’t working we wanted it fixed ASAP. They claim same day service and had our technician on his way to our home shortly after we called. Zach sent us messages that he was on his way with ETA.I appreciate their communication. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different estimates so we could pick one best suited for our situation. From first contact, to completed job, this was a very efficient and professional process and I will be using Triple Play in the future.

Johnathan solved our gas fireplace issues, cleaned inside & vent outside. He took care to make sure there was no Co2 leaking into room. He answered my questions, was helpful in explaining exactly what I needed today and what his company offers. I was very pleased with the service and will use this company again and ask for Johnathan!

This was our first time to have our entire HVAC vents cleaned. I knew it was time seeing the dirt around the vents and we had construction done which had created dust. Glad we made the decision to use a professional company (who also does our HVAC seasonal maintenance) vs the many fly by night offers floating around. Jay did a great job. It is not a quick process, but I was so pleased by how clean the process was. I expected to have to do some deep cleaning after he left....not the case at all. We should be good for another 7-10yrs - yay! We are in North TX, don't be dissuaded by the company address in OK. They service a lot of customers around the north TX area.

Two very nice young men, Mike & Joe, did maintenance work on our heater system today. They were extremely polite, informative, and helpful. I would definitely recommend their service, and will use them again.

We had a gas fireplace insert that would not light. I was quoted a flat rate and that was exactly what I paid. Jonathan arrived early, was very personable and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.
