Jamal was very polite and professional! He explained everything! He really helped me with the furnace door which would not close! Advised me that i needed new batteries for the thermostat! He is a great representative of APEX! Stanley is also a great representative of APEX! He checked the plumbing and made sure everything was working properly! He was very polite and very professional!

Stanley came out and did a plumbing inspection for us for the fall and he was amazing! He was polite, courteous and held great conversation as he did his work. He was thorough about explaining up front what he was doing, what he would be looking for and the steps he would be taking while he was here for his visit. It was great knowing the expectations for his visit up front and what all he needed so I could be sure to provide him with everything to keep it running smoothly. I highly recommend Stanley and Apex to anyone wanting work done!

Duane was extremely helpful - he provided a very detailed furnace inspection with photos, and then walked me through them and instructed me on how I could make most of the repairs/cleaning myself. Didn't feel "sold to" at all. Fabulous service and value for money. Will definitely be calling Apex for any work I don't do myself.

Justice came and helped me with my plumbing issues. He laid out all my options for me to easily understand so that I could choose how to proceed. The pricing was fair and he was knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with him taking care of my plumbing issues. Will definitely be using APEX again for my plumbing needs.

Stanly came out and helped us understand everything that needed work on our plumbing. He was honest and friendly. We’ve had bad plumbers in the past, so I was grateful for him. We also had an HVAC guy out (I think his name was Jamal?), and he was very professional, thorough, and honest.

I have used APEX HVAC for many years. During the annual A/C check up, Jamal found a Freon leak. Dylan installed the replacement part when it arrived. Both, Jamal and Dylan, were very polite and did a great job.
