They installed a new coil and condenser for me in the summer of 22, Summer of 23 The AC stopped working, turns out there wasn't any coolant in the system, it had leaked out. Call AireServ of Elkhorn and AireServ of Omaha picked up. They stated that the Elkhorn franchise went out of business and that they don't come out to Waterloo for service...(It's 9 minutes from Village Pointe to the property in Waterloo). I called and had two different HVAC companies look at it, the first one refused to work on the equipment, said that the install was a butcher job and that all the equipment should just be replaced (Apex) A second opinion found that the line set had to be replaced due to poor installation and the coil had to be pulled out to correct another issue, AireServ is a franchise, and Omaha is separate from Elkhorn I'm told. That being said, I wouldn't recommend using AireServ based off of the poor experience I had on the phone with the Omaha franchise, they indicated that there had been other problems with more installations from the Elkhorn franchise, It was made pretty clear that they wanted nothing to do with it. Not even an offer to drive the extra little distance for a driving or fuel fee. You can tell by the picture I'm sharing that it goes to show that you always should go physically look at the completed work and don't assume professionals always do a professional job.

I was referred to AirServe by another company, and O, what a Blessing that was! From start to finish everything was done with integrity and great customer service. From inspecting my home to see what unit would serve me best, and picking out the unit, to completed installation, my new air conditioner was installed in about a week! The follow up was great too. I appreciate the entire staff of Airserve and I highly recommend them! I was their first customer to get credit for a payment plan!

Wife texted me in morning and said AC was out so I called AireServ and got an appointment set up. The service tech Tyler showed up and got it diagnosed in minutes and had it fixed and running again in no time at all. Highly recommend Aire Serv of Elkhorn if you are needing any service done !!!

All I can say is ‘Wow’ and ‘Finally!’ I have found our forever Heating and Air Conditioning FAMILY! Yes, family. I said it because that’s how they treat you. Tyler knows exactly what he is doing and is very professional! I have been searching for years for a quality Heating & Air Conditioning repair company. We have found them and they are right here in Elkhorn, Nebraska. If you are feeling sick or not breathing very well, it could be because your duct work is not allowing fresh air to come through your house. If you are like us, you might have water built up in the air duct and guess what? You are breathing in moldy air. Thank you Tyler, Steve, Ritch, and everyone at AireServ in Elkhorn. Hands down the best!

The annual maintenance on our HVAC system was professionally performed. Communication throughout the entire process could not have been better. We would highly recommend Aire Serv of Elkhorn!

I recently had my furnace blower motor and fan cleaned by Mike S. He was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would recommend to use AireServ for your furnace and air-conditioning maintenance.
