Brock arrived 30 minutes late. I had an appointment that I had to leave for. Brittany was aware of this when we scheduled the appointment. She told me the appointment would take only 40 minutes. Brock was only there 10 minutes, charged the same amount. Scott has been at my house the last few years and has spent at least 45 minutes going through the furnace and making sure it was safe to operate this season. I am pleased that he was respectful of my time, but question the quality of inspection I received and paid for today. He said he was going to send Mary report of the gas pressures, but I’m sure that’s about all he had time to do. I wish I would’ve rescheduled when he arrived so late. Update: Brittany and Scott immediately followed up. Scott and Brock made it right and came back and did a full maintenance appointment on the furnace when I did not have any time constraints. Appreciate their efforts to make sure the job was done right.

EcoAir installed a whole house humidifier for us. They provided a quick estimate and follow up was excellent. The Installers were on time, professional and did a superb job. I highly recommend EcoAir for your heating and air conditioning needs.

AC went out and they were able to get me an appointment next day. Showed up on time, punctual, and very nice guys. Was just a capacitor issue, that plus the service call fee was $260 all said and done. They were done in like 15 minutes. Will definitely be calling again!

Great company to deal with, another company said we needed a new unit. Scott looked at the problem, found an issue and resolved it quickly and for a great price. The furnace wasn't wired correctly, they fixed that too and made sure everything was in working order. Didn't just want to sell me a new unit, I appreciated the work and effort to determine what was happening. EcoAir has a new long term customer now.

Great company for servicing my HVAC. Scott is very knowledgeable and found the issue with my AC that had not worked well for a while. He found a fan wired that had been installed incorrectly when the unit was installed (by a different company). I’m so happy it’s fixed correctly !!
